How does SymbiosAlign fit into SymbiosCare?
SymbiosAlign is our premium, 12-week, high-accountability program within SymbiosCare. It is the most popular SymbiosCare program and focuses on weight loss and metabolic health.
What if SymbiosAlign is not the right fit for me?
If SymbiosAlign is not a good fit, you and your practitioner work together to build a personalized plan. It can include health coaching, scans, labs, provider visits, nutrition, medications, and personal training.
How is my plan decided?
Your plan is developed after evaluating your current levels of health, fitness, diet, strength, mobility, and body composition, and discussing your health goals. You and your practitioner build it together.
Do SymbiosCare programs include weight loss medication?
When it is right for you. Where appropriate, providers at Symbios prescribe FDA-approved medications commonly known as GLP-1s, including semaglutide and tirzepatide. We only offer GLP-1 medication within one of our SymbiosCare custom programs, so it always comes with diet, exercise, and lifestyle support.
Which body composition scan do you use?
Members in SymbiosCare programs have regular Styku body composition scans. The frequency is determined by your current levels of health, fitness, diet, strength, and mobility, and by your health goals.
What do SymbiosCare programs cost?
Prices for our bespoke SymbiosCare programs vary, as they are custom built for where you are today and where you want to go with your health.
Are SymbiosCare programs covered by insurance?
SymbiosCare programs are cash pay. For Medicare patients who qualify, Part D may now cover the medication but not the program. Check with your insurance provider to see if HSA/FSA funds can be used for SymbiosCare programs.
